Hammock Dance

Rooted in dance and expression, this class uses the aerial hammock as a partner in movement, supporting, accentuating, and enhancing grounded choreography. Unlike traditional aerial classes, the hammock remains low to the floor, allowing you to explore spirals, rolls, and transitions with grace and intention. Ideal for movers who want to blend contemporary dance with the playful support of fabric, Hammock Dance celebrates artistry, connection, and creativity.
