Aerial Strength
Build the power behind the performance. Aerial Strength is a one-hour conditioning class designed to enhance aerial performance through strength, mobility, and endurance work. While tailored to the needs of aerialists, no aerial experience is required. This class welcomes anyone looking to train like a circus artist.
Expect circuits, bodyweight training, grip work, and exercises that support core and upper body strength, all crucial for lifting, inverting, and flowing with control in the air.

Ring Sesh
Swing, soar, and play on our dynamic row of traveling rings in this open studio session. This is a freeform, self-guided time. No instruction, just movement, joy, and flow. Strong grip strength is required for safe participation; all levels welcome.

Hoop + Flow
A playful blend of hula hoop tricks, dance movement, and flow arts! In this 1-hour class, you’ll explore hooping, learn fluid transitions, and discover ways to weave dance into your hoop skills. We’ll focus on rhythm, creativity, and finding your personal style, whether you’re brand new to hooping or have years of experience.
This class is open to all levels, ages 16+

Kids Open Climb
This 1-hour session gives young aerialists extra time to practice and refine the skills they’ve learned in class. We’ll start with a guided warm-up, then students can enjoy independent training time on their favorite apparatus. An instructor will be present to facilitate, ensure safety, and offer light guidance, but this is not a formal lesson.
For current aerial students only—perfect for building strength, confidence, and creativity between classes.

Open Studio
Open Studio is a flexible, independent training block available in 3-hour sessions for students to practice the skills they’ve learned in class. This is a self-directed training space—no instruction or peer coaching is permitted—designed to support safe, individual progression in a focused environment.
You're welcome to come and go as you please during the 3-hour window. These sessions also include full access to our fitness center, which includes treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, weights, and more.
Open to current students. Visiting aerialists, please email us in advance to register.
