Class Costs & Monthly Enrollment

Most of our classes are offered as month-long sessions. When you register for a session, you are committing to the same class and time each week for the month.

Students are automatically enrolled from month to month so you can keep your spot in class without having to re-register each month. Payment is due by the 25th of the month to keep your spot for the following month. If you have a card on file, your monthly tuition will be processed through autopay. If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please email us before the next month's payment is due.

Makeup Credits

Students enrolled in a monthly session may receive one makeup credit per month for an absence.

To receive a makeup credit, students must record their absence in VAMP before the start of class. Absences reported by email, text, or phone will not receive a makeup credit.

Adult makeup credits expire one month from the date of the missed class.

Using Makeup Credits

Adult makeup credits may be used in any aerial training class that is appropriate for the student's skill level and has space available. Students must email ZAPA 24 hrs in advance so we can enroll them in the class.

Adult makeup credits may also be used for any drop-in class. Students may register for these classes directly through VAMP using their available makeup credit.

Kids Classes

Because our youth program currently offers fewer class options, makeup credits for kids classes work a little differently.

Students enrolled in a kids monthly session may receive one Kids Makeup Credit per month by recording their absence in VAMP before class.

Kids Makeup Credits do not expire while the student remains enrolled at ZAPA and may be redeemed for designated Kids classes, workshops, open gyms, or other special youth events offered throughout the year.

Kids Makeup Credits cannot be applied toward tuition, transferred to another student, or redeemed for cash. Any unused Kids Makeup Credits expire when a student's enrollment ends.

Discounts
Families enrolling 2 or more members in the same session receive 10% off session class tuition. *must enroll at the same time

Multi-Class Discount (per student)
Enrolling in multiple session classes during the same session:

• 10% off tuition for 2 classes

• 15% off tuition for 3 or more classes

Refund Policy
Zia Aerial Performing Arts does not issue refunds for classes, memberships, punch cards, or private lessons. All sales are final.
